Bellarine Smokehouse was established in 2018 to bring you the finest smoked products from sustainably farmed and line caught fish.
I’m very keen to make you aware of some exciting changes at The Bellarine Smoked Fish Co. Over the coming couple of weeks you’ll notice a change to our name, our brand and packaging and you’ll see our new website up and running soon too. Needless to say we are very excited.
We are to be known as… Bellarine Smokehouse.
We decided to change the name – so that we can take our smoking to new products outside of just fish. (a bit hard when you have ‘fish’ in your name).

It’s simple. Premium fish and smoke.
Hot smoked products using local ti-tree. We source our wood for smoking from our beautiful Bellarine backyard. The same type of wood was used to stoke the fires of the paddle steamers that plied the waters across Port Phillip Bay in the late 1800’s and it’s said it was often shipped across the bay to Williamstown to stoke bakery fires.
Our Barramundi is from artesian aquifers in Victoria, Tasmanian Atlantic salmon from the pure southern waters, trout from pristine Victorian mountain waters, NZ Ora King salmon – the wagyu of the sea – from the unspoilt Marlborough Sounds and fish caught off the vast Australian coast.
We are stocked in premium providores and supermarkets throughout the Bellarine, Surf Coast, West Coast and suburban Melbourne. We sell direct to restaurants and cafes and the public from our ‘shed’ door and attend regular farmers markets throughout Victoria.
